Effective October 10, 2026

THVN App ("the app") is a private bookkeeping tool owned and operated by The Vine, Laurel, Montana.

1. Who may use it. Use of the app is limited to The Vine and the people The Vine authorizes to manage its own QuickBooks Online company. It is not licensed to anyone else.

2. What it does. The app connects to The Vine's QuickBooks Online company to record and verify bookkeeping entries and attach supporting documents.

3. Responsibility for entries. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing and approving the entries the app prepares. The app does not move money or make payments.

4. No warranty. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, The Vine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes. The Vine may change or discontinue the app at any time.

7. Disconnecting. The connection can be removed at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings > Apps > Manage apps).

8. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
